Deposits are generally credited to your php36 wallet in real time. php36 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.

VIP benefits do not constitute a contractual entitlement and may be withdrawn where a Player's conduct or account status warrants such action.

php36's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
The php36 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. php36 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the fitness of any game for any particular purpose.
php36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to complete required identity or age verification; (c) suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive conduct; (d) account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; (e) request from regulatory or law enforcement authorities; or (f) for any other reason at php36's reasonable discretion where continued account operation would be inconsistent with php36's obligations under PAGCOR regulations or applicable law.
Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, php36 may forfeit any remaining account balance, void pending wagers, and clawback any bonuses and bonus-derived winnings. Where termination is for reasons other than Player breach (e.g., platform closure), verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable verification.
These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the php36 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through php36's internal complaint resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
